Tortilla cut up into triangles, fried in choice of sauce (red or green) and topped with choice of meat. Sprinkle creese and cream on top. - Tortilla cortada en triángulos, frita en salsa a elección (roja o verde) y cubierta con carne a elección. Espolvorear nata y nata por encima.
